I have lots of eye shadows. I love how you can change your whole look through your eyes.

For me it's masks, because I usually mask every night, rotating types. I love to try new masks and I keep telling myself not to buy anymore until I'm done the once I have but then I see another one I want to try. Right now I think I have about 8 different kinds sitting by my tub, I have one on the way and I also just made my first batch of asprin mask last week.

Think Out of curiosity -- what kind of aspirin mask did you make and what was the outcome?

It's mascara for me! After many years, I still can't find the perfect mascara for me. I am currently using Bobbi Brown Everything Mascara and I'm really liking it - thankfully!

I have tons of makeup, I don't know what my problem is, most of it should be thrown out, but instead, I just put it in old makeup case and stock-pile it for a rainy day. I think to myself, what if I need that color, or what if I get tan and I need a different color powder. The odds of any of these things happening before the makeup goes bad are slim. The same goes for nail polish...

"Too much" liquid foundation, cream foundation, primers, concealers, tinted moisturizers, shadows, liners, lipsticks and the list goes on. Ironically, I don't really think any of these make me look any "better"...I just love the whole ritual and the way carefully putting on the face with which you face the world makes you feel different and maybe closer to how you would like to be perceived.

Given how little I actually remember to use lip balm, I have an awful lot of it. And I very rarely wear lipstick or gloss, but I have TONS of those, even after I just threw out a whole bunch of really old ones! I go through it very slowly, and now that I've discovered Vincent Longo lip stains thanks to EDS, I think I'll be using actual lipstick even less. But the worst part is, I'm just going to start collecting lip stains now!

I also have a bad habit of buying new mascara before it's really time to throw out the old, which makes for a very inefficient system since they all theoretically go bad in three months. But I just get too excited to see what the next brand is like! Only when I find something I love do I stop doing this - so I've gone from tube to tube of Dr. Hauschka's regular formula mascara before.

And lastly.... SAMPLES. I tend to collect samples and not ever get through them! And I even went so far as to BUY a sampler pack from MyChelle recently. I have ancient stockpiles of miscellaneous EDS, Sephora, Aveda, DHC, Lush, Best Bath Store, and Kiehls samples that I never seem to get through. Well, that's not true, I started giving some away and that helped!

I have way to many facial cleansers (sensitive skin).
I'm addicted to lipsticks and glosses at least 50.
I also have WAY to much skincare in general.

I recently got rid of a big bag of old makeup that I hadn't used in ages and would probably never use again. It actually felt pretty good...

....but at same time I was stocking up on nail polish Rolling Eyes because my nails were finally back to being good. So right now nail polish is my biggest stock line Confused

I normally have 5-6 different mascaras and at least 6-7 different lipglosses. Readin this thread I understand that I DONT have an obsession just yet, but have potential.

I can tell you that I hardly have any hand creams, which a lot of people seem to have a LOT. I dont have any false eye lahes, or self tanners... I don't have ANY lipstics...Boy... I really dont have that much Smile

My stock pile is also eye shadow ,++++different shades of brown and body lotion ,the shadow doesn't go bad but gets lost at the bottom of the drawer and the body lotion just goes bad. Some day I'll figure it out ,but until then I'll have fun

Skin Creams. I have sensitive skin and some things just don't work out. I have to overhaul my bathroom cabinet and send the excess to my sister. Eyeshadow, I just can't resist eyeshadow! Must have more eyeshadow. Laughing
