| How does one get rid of these? i am at my wits end mine are only a couple at either side of jawline and they are not really noticeable but i can feel them, i have tried exfoliation and using a facial brush to no avail im afraid to try anything too strong as i have quite sensitive skin. |

I have these too. I believe they are clogged pores. Mine have started getting better recently. I have started being very diligent about my OCM, doing it most nights (I use a mix of CO and EVOO with some ylang ylang and lemon essential oils). I've also been using Aqua Glycolic face cream this past week. I think it's a conjunction of these 2 things that have been helping.
I'm thinking of trying the Alpha Glycolic body lotion to see if it will help with the bumpies I have on my upper arms.

| why does the oil cleansing help i thought it would clog it up more |

I had a couple of these, and I used MaMa lotion every night as a spot treatment, and after trying everything else (literally for years) it is indeed gone. so any high-concentration AHA/glycolic product should do, but it should be something not too drying if you are really going to be persistent--and of course be sensible, since you don't want scarring! MaMa lotion is said to relieve scarring, and it has not adversely affected my skin, but I'm not sensitive at all.
I also used Osea's essential corrective oil during the day on the newly-MaMaed bumps in order to soothe and repair the skin, while also cleaning it out. it is a blend of essentials and carriers that *always* gets rid of any zit or wierd bump on my face!
Also, you could try pure manuka oil, or manuka honey--I had just ran out of these so I used Osea's oil instead, but manuka is related to tea tree (melaleuca) in that it has similar anti-bacteria, anti-septic properties, but much stronger. |
