Just wondering... currently using the Firming Complex, just started alternating with PSF Retinol .5% (have been sensitive to retins in the past but so far no problem with the PSF), tried the ProHeal first time today and will be trying my Active sample in about a week - don't want to overwhelm my skin since this is all new for me.
My skin is flaking a bit, which I know is normal.
I'd like to do the Pumpkin Mask sometimes as well, but would this be too much?
Also, may be dumb question but does a peel provide deep cleaning or just exfoliation? If only the latter, what is good for a deep pore cleanse?

| I was advised not to by Katee. Turned out I was overexfoliating and should not have been using toner. Very good advice, my skin did much better once I cut this out. |
