Hi everyone,
just thought I would let people here know about this interesting website which links skin problems such as acne and eczema to psychological issues such as depression.
it is an interesting read and was mention in the US may edition of Elle magazine.
take a look and let me know what you think?

I definately think that acne and eczema are related to your psychological issue. I dont know about depression (never really been depressed), but at least for me, when I am stressed out (have presentation due, research problem, etc) i got acnes and yes... recently get eczema too.
Not only skin problems, I think most health condition also relates to psychological issue. So, what to do to get rid of health problems are think positive... be happy.... |

Thanks for the link. That looks really interesting. My SO is always telling me that a majority of my skincare problems are psychological. When I have more time, I'm going to watch the video clips on there.  |
