Breaking up is hard to do.. they used to be the same company but are no more. I was a little messy but that's how it goes..
They are pretty similair but Eminence has definatly surpassed Ilike over the past 3 years with new product launches and company growth.
If you want to see the difference, go to a class with one of the international trainers. They are amazing and really know how to excite a crowd. Aside from that they are EXTREAMLY educated and never stop learning.
Just go to a skin care show and look at which booth has more people buzzing around it. |

iloveskin, what you're talking about is marketing, not skin care... |

I've spoken to a rep from ilike and this is the direct quote she gave me concerning the rumors surfacing between the two companies...
"We are not in any relation to Eminence. They use to distribute our product before 2005. They then decided to create their own line. The distribution was dropped so we picked it up. We are the only distributors in Canada & USA that distribute Hungarian organic skin care. Our products come straight from Hungry. If you want more info please go to ilcsi dot com she is the woman that created this line. Please read the CAUTION SECTION. It does come up in Hungarian so you have to change it to English. Thanks!!"
So I went to the site and read up on their published side of the story and found them to be truthful.
So there you go.

bottom line:
ilcsi is the original line made in hungary since 1958. ilcsi is the woman's nickname who studied biochemistry, herbology, folk medicine and esthetics and created the line.
the eminence people used to work for ilcsi. they took her recipes and started a U.S. company.
ilike is the U.S. version of ilcsi. they are the same company, essentially.
i don't know if the eminence products are good or not, now that they have tweaked the recipes. my problem with them is they are unethical.
in addition to a great product, i'm happy to support the woman who started this great line by using ilike organic skin care. |

Do you know where to purchase Ilcsi products? I cannot find anywhere. I have spoke to a salon owner in Budapest and she stated that she cannot sell to me personally only to salons. I love Ilcsi, and could really use some help on this.
Thanks!

Are you based in the USA? than try Ilike.
A few products available on line in the UK on the ilcsi.co.uk
I know a few very good Ilcsi beauticians in Budapest |

I was introducted to Eminence through a destination spa that I had worked in back in 2011. I have sensitive and reactive skin and ever since I used some of the products my skin has been behaving and I can see the benefits of their products. I was not aware of the Ilcsi brand that the company had copied from and had not used the products but would like to find out more and use some of the products. I have no problems with Eminence apart from that fact that they were unethical with the way they went about starting their own Eminence brand. |
