okay, this isn't a makeup or skin question, sort of, but I didn't know what else to do. I got my package today and when I opened it it had a whole bunch of samples, I think like five, and rosebud lip salve, which I don't think was a sample because it was 0.8 oz and didn't look small enough to be a sample, so I think what happened was I got that instead of my psf ha serum. I looked on this web site and I can find the number to eds, but not the hours. Does anyone know the hours? Are they open Saturdays? I would have addressed this earlier but I just got out of work at 3:00. Thanks, Rae |

I can not check on your order and forum is not a suitable place for doing that but I know that we are having a hard time with keeping up with demand for PSF products so most likely your serum is backordered and Lip Salve is just a small thank you for your patience in awaiting for your serum |
