I fully admit to getting too much sun in my youth. I hardly ever wore sunblock at the beach (which I went to all the time), and probably visited tanning beds upwards of 30 times. I really don't know what I was thinking, I just didn't realize how bad it was for me and I liked to be tan.

I stopped these unhealthy activities by the time I was about 23 and I started realizing that what I was doing was bad for me. Even still, the aging process began early for me and continues to get worse (I'm 28 and my lines are pretty advanced for my age plus I have the beginnings of a sun spot on my forehead). I think some pretty bad things are ahead. Confused

I'm wondering what I can do to repent for my misspent youth? I realize sun damage can't be fully reversed and I'm going to have to pay for the way I mistreated myself... but there's got to be some things I can do to help matters. Because frankly, I am terrified that the aging process is going to kick my ass!

I'm no expert here, but I think you'll definately need a Vitamin C serum. It helps reverse things like that.

Well, a vitamin C serum would be one of your best bets. You can also incorporate some AHA serums to help with the lines and also to exfoliate on a regular basis and aid absorption of the vit C serum. Also, you should really start using sunblock if you haven't yet. HTH

Yes I agree a Vitamin C serum and a good SPF.
Also internal supplements of Vitamin C, Zinc and fish Oils will speed up the skins own natural healing process.
