I've made a few purchases at EDS and I never took interest in this product, because I'm not a big strawberry fan. But since you mentioned, the strawberry scents is subtle, I think I might try it next time. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. |

I have this - it does keep the lips soft but no more than most balms do.
The smell is really nice but I am into more au naturale ingredients so the petroleum etc definitely put me off.
I also got the tingly sensation and after a while wiped it off as it felt weird and greasy...this product is not for me. |

I've given away Rosebud lip balm away for the last few Christmases and my friends all love them. The Strawberry is the fav of everyone. |

I too recieved this from EDS as a gift. This product is nice although I had to re apply it throughout the day.
It does smell nice though, of strawberries. I think it is well priced for what it achieves. |

I got this as a free gift awhile ago and only use it occasionally when I feel like I don't have anything else on hand. I wasn't flattered about the ingredients nor the results. It doesn't seem moisturizing at all and I'd rather use the classic Moisturizing ChapStick, or even better, the ChapStick Botanical Medley Naturals. For some reason I don't like how waxy it is because my lips prefer a more soft glide with lipbalms. Also, on my first use, it srta dried my lips. I didn't get the plump effect, but I had a mild mild stinging or tingling? I don't think you should continue using the product because it sounds more like an allergic reaction. |

Hi Banh, I know that the original version Rose salve is good for nappy rash as I used it on my little boy a couple of times. I don't think I would use the strawberry one as its more scented (possibly more additives??) I much prefer my Lucas Paw Paw for nappy rash as its more natural and better for bub's skin. |

I've also got a free gift from EDS, actually it's Smith's Rosebud Mentholated Salve, I'm not sure whether it can be used on lips.

It smells strangely synthetic to me. Plus, I don't think it moisturizes that well. |

This item is not expensive, but this is good to use!
I have tried a lot of lip balms, the best i feel is carmex, and this smith's rosebud is the second that i like.
very light pink, and a big amount, and moisturing, nourishing--that's why i like it! |

This is a very nice lip balm and if it didn't have petroleum in it, I would probably still be using it. It's also a great cuticle balm! |

It smells very light, a little like strawberry. I love smith's rosebud because it is not sticky, with so large amount. |

Thought I should add that the waxy feeling does go away but the lips are still very soft and plumped. Put it on 2 hrs ago and will be keeping track of how long the effect lasts (although as I said it did work overnight) - just have to stop putting it on because I love the feel of it! A little Benetint on my lips topped with this balm is a perfect natural look... |
i used it , is really very good lip balm ,keep my lip hydrating . but is hard for me to buy it in my place ,i stop using it .now i can order it on EDS, excellent. |

I often think products with wax plump up our skin so I could see the effects working on your lips. I use Smith's lip gloss and they work a charm on my winter chapped lips. I put it on my boyfriend's chapped lips and he doesn't mind, even though he has this awesome snow boarding lip balm that I need to track down(!) |

I also got this product as a free gift and love it. It doesn't stay on for very long, but it doesn't feel so waxy if you know what I mean. I don't mind the smell though I usually don't like strong fragrance. |

I have it, and it's my go-to lip balm for now along with the rosebud and rose mint salves. I don't really put it on during the day, but put some on at night and let it soak in because it's really waxy. |

I love the strawberry smell, and this product looks really good to me. Does anyone know what the synthetic wax in the ingredient is all about? What exactly is synthetic wax? |
