Your best plan for anti-aging would be a good sunscreen with high uva protection, a antioxidant serum, like say vit c, maybe a retinoid cream. Also eat well, sleep well and live well! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

I think it depends on your skin. I'm not 40 yet, but I've been using anti-aging products for a while now to ward off those tiny fine lines that are starting to appear. I agree totally though about the suncreen ... VERY important. Carolb69 has offered alot of great advice about the serums, retinoids, etc.

I don't remember where I heard this but apparently we start aging in our twenties. I've been using anti-aging products since my early twenties. It's never too early to start and a sunscreen is a definite must no matter what age you are.

I would yes to get rid of any dirt or oil that has accumulated overnight. Even though you might think it looks clean debris has probably accumulated on your skin overnight. Very Happy

Yes, wash your face twice a day. A good cleanser you may want to try is SpectroJel (unscented).
