Besides focusing towards anti ageing and other products you should take care of your diet as well. Keeping the skin hydrates inside out is also a main thing. Avoid oily and inflammatory food items. Take more and more Green Leafy vegetables/Salads and also Omega Fatty acids, Amino Acids and Anti oxidants rich food. Keep up with the anti ageing products too. |

It purely depend upon the skin type and product itself. Unless you use them you will never find out its gonna work. Diet is also important, use of organic products will help slowing the aging process |

"anti-aging" is a marketing term made up to sell products.
Skin care is a feel-good industry so I don't judge them for promoting products that way.
It can be as simple as using a sunscreen.
At 26, please don't be too concerned. By the time you really need it at 45 y.o., there will be new advances for "anti aging" that would make most of what we use and know today in terms of actives and ingredients obsolete.
Go for anti-aging ingredients, not products (eg vitamin C, Vitamin E, reservatrol, Q10, matrixyl 3000, centella asiatica, ceramides, Niacinamide, retinol and the list goes on) |
