I just tried the Juice Beauty Green Apple Cleanser and I really like it. I am curious about the Cleansing gel, as well. I am 32 and have oily skin and have a tendancy towards breakouts. Does anyone have suggestions on which of these two cleanser would be better for my skin?

Thanks!

Liz

I have very oily and acne-prone skin. I've been using the Cleansing Gel and I like it. It does a good job at removing my makeup without dehydrating my skin. The only thing I don't like is the smell (must be because of the natural ingredients). I've never tried the Green Apple Cleansing Gel.

On the other hand, I've never tried the regular JB Cleansing Gel, but I do use the Green Apple Cleanser. I have to say, I LOVE the green apple cleanser. It has glycolic acid in it to help keep the pores clear, and the smell is delicious--- very similar to the Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel, if you've ever used that. HTH!

How often do you use Green Apple Cleanser? Is it drying if use twice daily?

I'd say it might be a bit drying for twice a day. I use the Green Apple cleanser usually in the evening, and then in the morning I use a cream cleanser.

Decisions, decisions. I might just have to run to sephora and get a sample of the gel.

I just got the grean apple peel last week. I have to say that it is one of the few products that I saw an immediate improvement. When I put it on, I barely felt a tingle and when I washed it off, I didn't see much of a difference. But the next morning, I was amazed at the difference. I haven't been this excited about a product in awhile. I also got a sample of the blemish clearing gel. This will take a bit longer to see how I like it.

What I like about the green apple cleanser is that it takes off my make up. That is a big requirement for me, as so many cleanser do not adequately clean my face with one use in the evening.

The Cleansing Gel is gentle enough to use twice a day. I bought it over the Green Apple Cleansing Gel because it was a larger size (6oz versus 4.5oz). I'll probably order the Green Apple Cleansing Gel afterwards.
