I have heard that garlic is good for circulation. It is good for so many other reasons that its definitely something you should be taking if you take supplements. I take a garlic supplement everyday, don't know if it helps with my circulation or not, but thats what they claim.

Also, the mushrooms I am taking (sounds like drugs) improves circulation. Try visiting a Chinese medicine store. They call it Lingzhi. In Japan, they call it Reishi Gano/Ganocelium. Smile They sell them quite expsensively. I am using "DXN RGGL" try a search for it Smile

mildlyobsessive, I don't know of a supplement that would fix your problem but my suggestion would be to ensure there are no medical conditions contributing to your bad circulation before you resort to supplements.

My aunt used to suffer from cold hand and feet in the winter for the longest time.. and she started taking gingko biloba for about a month or two and it helped a lot.

oh yeah, and further to joziegrozy's post, I agree that Lingzhi is the best and it's good for almost any ailments because it normalizes bodily functions. I've started taking them for almost 3 months now and I must say that I feel more energetic and my skin is more even toned with a LOT less breakouts! Pretty expensive stuff though, and you have to make sure you get it from a good source as many of them are contaminated with heavy metals, pesticides.. etc etc. hth~
