I have very fair skin, although not pure white, and I really like Neostrata Sunsation Medium-color tan (I can't remember the exact name). I don't know where you're located, but if you're in Canada then it's apparently available at your local drugstore. If not, you'll have to order it online and it took over a week for me to get it (I'm in Texas). I've heard good things about Savage Bronze and St. Tropez as well and they are apparently similar to the Neostrata. I tried Neostrata first based on the rave reviews on MUA.
No matter what you try, make sure you learn how to apply it first. There are several websites that have best practices. Good luck! |

Fake bake is very good but for some reason I got blotchy thighs- everywhere else was fine make sure you exfoliate beforehand, and don't be afraid about the mucky colour or slapping it on, I found I got a more even colour that way. |

I've tried the new Neostrata self-tanner/bronzer combo (sorry also don't have the name with me at the moment) and it worked very well, no streaking, no orange, no strong odor, nice natural colour. The only thing I did notice is that when it started to fade (I had not kept up with reapplication) these little white circles showed up on my skin. I thought I had contacted some disease, but I'm sure no one would have noticed this except for me, scrutinizing my skin close up So I'd say it is excellent but you need to keep reapplying it or deal with the fade out process. Of course, I'm assuming that the white circles were from the self-tanner, since I have no other explanation. I have not reapplied and the white circles were only there for a day or two. |

I'm glad you liked it to! I didn't have any issues with white circles though, so I'm not sure why you had that reaction. I'm mainly using this one for my face right now and GT for the rest of my body. I only like to apply a darker tan all over right before a big night or vacation. I think I am going to try the savage bronze next since it's inexpensive and easy to obtain. I love the Neostrata but since I can't get it in the states I'd like to try and find something locally as well. |
