Hi there,
This is my first post, but I have learned so much by reading, so my first question is:
I have purchased the Night Conditioner, but it says to use this once for each 10years, and since I am in my 40's, it seems I need 4 (28 day) cycles. Do I do them all one after the other, or is is ok to do just 1 cycle. This will be my first try at the Dr Hauschka skin care line, so was wanting some feedback before I start this.

Gina,
You have to use it 4 times per year, 28 days each time. So, the interval between cycles should be around 2 month.
