Retin a wouldn't cause cancer. In fact it can prevent/ ward off skin cancer from what I remember. I've always used it on my eyelids and under/around my entire eye. I mix it with cerave cream. Used straight it is just too drying and causes redness for me. If you use it straight often your skin will appear very dry and wrinkly and you will think you've ruined your skin. |

Retin a increases collagen so it would help w/breasts. Relastin increase elasticity which would be better imo. Get some great bras that fit well and don't go braless. I think that's actually what's helped me the most to prevent sagging. |

NO I would never recommend putting it on your eyelids or too close to your eyes. It will leach into your eyes if you get it close esp on the upper lids. OMG! That is not good. |

I've been using Retin A for 10 years (since the age of 20) and have always applied it around my eyelids. Just be careful not to get the stuff into your eyes and it should be fine. |

I was having trouble with using it around my eyes and other parts of my face were getting dried out too (I just started a couple months ago). What has completely solved that problem for me and may help others is to wait a long time after washing your face before applying the cream. I wash my face thoroughly, wait 45 minutes to 1 hour (watch a tv show) and then apply the retinol. Then wait another 30 minutes to 1 hour and apply moisturizer or oil. This has really solved the dryness problem for me. I know it takes quite a bit of planning your evening before bedtime but it has been worth it for me. |
