O.K. I really like this cleanser. This morning however, it turned from a very running liquid into a thick white goopy gel. Looks like something my daughter brought home from a science project! It foams a lot..well..more. It cleans well but it very strange.I have less than half left & when I move it around in in bottle, it's almost solid Shock Has this happened to anyone else?? I should call the company & see if I should continue using it-funny thing is I actually prefer a gel formula, but this dosen't sound normal. Confused

Marina, I have been wondering about this as the same thing happened to me. At first it was way too watery, but halfway through the bottle it was too thick and I could hardly squeeze it out. The gel was really concentrated, too - I just needed a tiny dot of it. My thought was that I should have been shaking it up before I used it each time in order to get the proper consistency.

That's exactly what I thought-but I remember looking at it when I first got it & it looked liquidy all the way through. I do recall shaking it the first time & other members mentionned how runny it was. Maybe I'll check with the company & let u know.

After reading your posts I went & looked at my cleanser. I haven't used it in about a month, it's about 1/2 full. It also has turned thick! (It was so watery before that I always had to be careful when squeezing some out). I used it last night & found that it foams A LOT more than it ever did before. So what do you think causes this?? Is it a reaction to more air in the bottle?

Same thing happened to me. At first the cleanser was very watery, but when I was halfway through the bottle it became so thick that I had trouble getting it out. Even though it does an equally good job, I find the thick gel harder to cleanse with. I'm on my second bottle now, and have not had any trouble with it so far. I think the problem might be that the bottle isn't air tight. I can definitely not recommend the bottle for traveling as I ended up with a wet and sticky bag...

The company says it was a batch problem that has since been rectified but that the cleanser is fine to use-just a texture thing. I'm watering it down a bit till I finish it off.I actually like that it foams up more Rolling Eyes
