Have u had any problem buying the products from EDS?
I actully bought some products (which is not out of stock) from EDS, however after I ordered, they told me that 2 products are out of stock, and give me a coupon voucher. They also ask me to re-order when the product arrived....How do I use this coupon voucher? u know,, once u bought the products they go direct to the payment method..when should I put my coupon voucher? Wouldnt that charge twice if I paid by credit card?
and can I buy something else instead of these 2 products? I really dont want to wait for this long. Did anyone have same experience before? can you please help me? |

This has never happened to me. I've always had excellent service from EDS. On 2 occasions I was notified by email that a product I ordered was out of stock, and that it would be sent out within a week. When I received both of those parcels there were extra "goodies" included! |

There are always some minor misunderstanding when we purchase on-line, not only at EDS on-line store.
I had no problem to purchase stuff from EDS but when you have any request from EDS, you have to mention to them CLEARLY as they may miss this coz they are very busy, I guess. Recently I requested to have Valmont samples but I received Decleor samples instead.
Probably they have no stock on that day but you have to state that you can wait until they can provide what you want. |

I have no problems at all. There was once when the product was out of stock. EDS gladly refunded the amount. |

That happened to me too. I loved the extra goodies. |

Never a problem. Always good service. And I love the samples. If I get some that I know I won't use, there is always somebody else to give them to. |

I've never had a problem with EDS. They've been extremely helpful and more than generous with their samples. As far as I am concerned, they are the "Ritz Carlton of Skincare"!!! |

I've never had any troubles either. I've had about 3 or 4 orders now and only one item was backordered (and it was just sent a week later when it came in stock).
I LOVE shopping at EDS ... everyone is right ... great customer service and the samples are awesome! |

I actually order some products with my 10% discount, which is $ 219.19 AUD, however I had been charged $245 AUD + $4 INTNL TRANSACTION FEE from my credit card, It is even more expensive than without 10% discount. Is it right? |

I don't. I think EDS is quite good with the order. If they are out of stock, they will send me an email to let me know. I receive the order within a week. Sometimes they give a lot of samples but sometimes very few. I am quite happy with it. |

Have you tried a live-chat with one of the EDS employees? I've found them to be very very helpful. I'm sure they'll be able to explain whatever the charges are, and if there is a problem, hopefully they can resolve it. |

Detailed Customer inquiries on the forum are very hard to deal with and in most cases they are far from the interesting read for other members . On the other hand, I hate to delete ANY posts on the forum because the respect is due for all members who are responding to the post being deleted.

It looks like your bank is charging you $25 in service fees on your 219.19 AUD purchase plus $4 International Transaction fee. That is $29 !!! , about 13% service charges for the privilege of using their Credit Card Services !!!
I do not know how competitive Credit Card business is in Australia but in North America that Bank would not be very successful. Actually we have here many Banks offering Credit Cards paying couple percent of "cash back" on each transaction that we make
My point is that we gladly refunded and payed for all the extra charges that your bank made but based on this experience I would discourage you from using them in the future as not every vendor will feel responsible to do anything in the same scenario. |
