I have very sensitive skin due to that I was using so many expensive moisture or creams but the results are worst because it always dried my face. Recently I am using Dove sensitive skin moisture cream, this is working better than other produt which I used but it is little bit darkning my skin colour than it was before. If anyone know good moisture or cream to suit sensitive skin please give a feedback. Thank you... |

Have you tried Aloette or Elizabeth Grant?
Aloette is based on aloe vera.
www.aloette.com
Elizabeth Grant is based on Torricelumn (a hydration booster)
http://www.elizabethgrant.com/?EC=Products
If you're in Canada, you can also get them from the Shopping Channel.
I've tried both. I love Aloette. |

Hi Sharmy,
Try the ambrosia cream from
http://www.rosayfruta.com/
I have sensitive skin that was combination-oily and this cream balances, nourishes and moisturizes my skin. I am very happy with how it has helped my skin.

What about Pure Jojoba Oil? It's very good for sensitive, oily, acne-prone skin (like mine) and it's very affordable. I also use and enjoy PSF's Balancing Oil, and Decleor's Matt Fluid. |

Elizabeth Grant serums are perfect for all skin types. There is NO oil in these serums so its fantastic for acne prone, and/or oily skin. Frankly this is ALL you need daily. |

For dry, sensitive skin I'd say to try Cetaphil. |

I see that everyone is suggesting commercial moisturizers. Most of them have ingredients that may not be very good for a sensitive skin (or any skin for that matter).
I don't have very sensitive skin, but am very acne-prone and there are other issues.
Few months ago I completely changed my skin care routine and things are really improving for me.
So, the moisturizer I use - pure, high quality emu oil mixed with HA serum. Works great and is very, very good and healing for skin!

I agree rubby that emu oil is a very good skin emollient. I don't think theres any one product thats good for skin. Its too bad that the makers of emu oil don't add some real good antioxidants; this is where its at. |

Yes Aloette dried out my skin very badly. I stopped using Eucerin because its kind of dark my skin colour. I am currently using Dove Energy glow ( normal to dry skin) that works well though still have some breakout on my face I think I get breakout when I don't go to sleep early. |

Kiss My Face organic moisturizers might be a good try...light and creamy, and very natural. St Ives 24 Hour Moisture is another one I used, for my face and my body...maybe give those a try? |

You might want to try Dr Hauschka's Rose or Quince day creams or Primavera's Hydrating Cream which are all suitable for sensitive skin. They are also free of chemicals, preservatives or sensitizers which you'll find may help your skin to begin to heal itself as well. |
