| Dr Hauschka Inner Cosmetic, will this product have side effect? Whoever has expecience on taking it, please advise? |

I took this back in the fall when my skin was violently breaking out. I now trace it back to a peel-off mask followed with a Dr. Hauschka mask, which I now know will break me out even under the best of circumstances. Imagine if you will a face where every part from the chin, to the temples to even my NOSE was breaking out 
I did a whole ritual of Inner Cosmetic, the Delicious Silaceous(sp?), Biologique P50... you name it, I used it. Eventually my skin got better, took about a month. I don't know which specific thing made the most difference, but, I *am* sure that everything probably did in it's own small way.
But, that's the whole point of Dr. Hauschka anyways. Holistic skincare/internal care of the broader sense all applied towards one body.  |

As I stated, I'm not sure what made my skin better. I think it was everything I did, the Inner Cosmetic included.
I would probably buy it again if my skin was bad, so, I guess that means I liked it |

Some of my favourites are the Rhythmic Night Conditioners, Rejuvenating Mask, Clay Mask, Clarifying toner and Translucent Bronze Concentrate. All of these are wonderful and do not break out my skin. |

| It doesn't "help" your skin, per se, it just makes it look nicer by giving it a glow. It's a cosmetic more than a skin-care product. |

can you recommend about PSF and DR. H products?
I 've heard that these 2 brands are quite good.
Not sure which one is good. |

| Hi toey, I think whatever works for your skin is a 'good product' and whilst some people here love Dr Hauschka, not everyone has liked the range. I would advise that you purchase the tester tin first so you can try the products first before you look at buying the full size products. |

| From my experience Dr H is the best line I've tried, although I haven't tried those other two lines because I only use all-natural products. |
