Will you guys put sunscreen on your lips? I wish to get a lip balm or treatment which has sunscreen (at least SPF15) in it. Any suggestions? |

I use Neutrogena's Lip Moisturizer. It has SPF 15. This is my fav and I use it at night before I sleep (yeah it's meant for daytime w/SPF) and whenever I get super dried lips. This heals and moisturizes well for me, it's inexpensive so you can give it a try. When I was a kid I always had a problem with chapped lips to the point that it would burn and bleed. I used to use Body Shop's Beeswax lip balm but they discontinued it and I tried the Neutrogena. From then on I've been using the Neutrogena.
You can also try Shiseido's Skincare Lip Care stick (or whatever it's called) I use it and keep it in my purse, it has SPF 15. It's only an OK product, I use it because I'm too lazy to use something else and I like the silver packaging. I prefer the lip balm from Shiseido's suncare line, it has a higher spf and is a few dollars higher. |

i pretty much slather my SPF 50+ sunscreen *all* over my face, including the lips, in the morning to let it sink in. after that, i use Guerlain's LipLift which only has an SPF of 6 or 8 but, unlike other balms, it actually stays on forever. if you use lipstick, i highly recommend this. it's protected my lips better than anything i've used before because it actually stays put and makes my lippie (with SPF as well) stay on much longer. |

I used to have the MAC one (w/o tint). It moisturizes well, but with a bit sunscreen taste. |

I like Kiss My Face's lip balms. They go great under lipstick, they contain titanium dioxide, AND they come in yummy flavors like honey vanilla, ginger peach, and strawberry. The KMF balms are SPF 15 and they work great, but if I'm going to be outside all day and need to bring out the big guns, then I go for Badger's SPF balm--- the zinc in it makes your lips a bit white, but protects them for hours. |

Blistex Daily Conditioner. If you dont mind the fact that its in a jar, its by far the bast lip balm I ve tried. And I ve tried a lot...
Hydrating, nice texture, nice sheen, smells ok, last quite a while, stays on for long... |

Oh, and right here at EDS you can buy DDF's SPF lip treatment. It's really luxurious like a gloss, but it has great SPF protection too. Well worth the $$$.
Also, I've never tried Juice Beauty's lip balms, but I've heard really great things about them--- subtle colors, nice smell, and non-chemical SPF. |

My favorite is the NO-AD 30. Not too waxy and not too creamy and makes a great lipstick base. The SPF is 30, and it lasts a long time without needing to reapply. Best part is that I get it at Wal-Mart for about $1.50. |

I'm intrigued. Did you purchase it at a Wal-Mart in Canada or the US? |

Yen -- I got it in the U.S. I found it on the display with the sunscreens, not on the aisle with the other lipbalms. I don't know if it's available in Wal-Marts outside the U.S. I've also seen the NO-AD brand of sunscreens in other drugstores/grocery stores, but I haven't looked for the lip balm anywhere else yet. |

I will have to be on the lookout for it now.
Thanks for the quick response. |

Believe it or not but I just bought an Almay lipstick that has spf 17. It's in their new line of "Ideal" lipcolor products. It's a pretty nice lipstick, have to wear it more to really say whether I love it or not. |
