I am looking for a new shampoo...I color my hair. It is thin but plentiful and I suffer from easily greased up roots and slightly dry ends...any suggestions?? |

Before, I was just in LOVE with Nature's Gate Asian Pear and Red Tea Shampoo and Better Botanicals Pure Gloss Conditioner. Both of them smelled AMAZING, the shampoo cleaned thoroughly but gently and left my hair sparkling, and the conditioner made my hair extra soft. Unfortunately, they both contain castor oil which I cannot use anymore due to an allergy, so now I have to find some relacements ASAP. I just ordered Dessert Essence Organics Shampoo and Conditioner in Red Grape and Green Apple/Ginger, so I'll let you know how I like them! |

I really like the Druide line of shampoos. I've used different kinds and find them really gentle yet effective. The conditioners are mush less desirable though. I don't really like their consistency - a little too runny for my liking. I also use Aubrey Organic shampoos sometimes. I've found some don't lather well but they do have great ingredients. I'd like to one day try John Masters - a little pricey but many have said it was very worthwhile. I am also always on the hunt for a better organic product so am eager to see what other suggestions people post. I like alternating my shampoos because I find it works better for my hair that way plus I bore easily. LOL |

I really love Aveda. You could condition the ends with Deep Vitalizing Conditioner and it smells sooo good. For daily conditioner you could try their "blank" blend and then add your own essential oils/smells/whatever for colored hair, etc. |

Every time I check a thread on shampoos and conditioners I am reminded of how much I love the John Masters range. It made my hair (greasy roots - fried ends) look bouncy, healthy and shiny and when I used this range it was really the only time anyone ever told me my hair looked great. I have tried so many natural ranges and this one stands out as high performance, pure ingredinents and a pleasure to use. I have said it before, but now I really think I will go out there and get some more of this glorious product |
