I received a sample of Dr.HCC and I am not excatly sure on how to use it. The instructions say "begin to work the CC in with a rolling and pressing movement of the palms and fingers. Do not rub or srub." How excatly do I do this? Any advise is greatly appreciated. |

I usually leave it on my wet face for 1-2 minute first and then I use my palms to do a "press and lift" motion. This will create a suction which draws blackheads out. I'll re-wet my hands to continue with the "press and lift" if it dries out. HTH. |

Put a dollop size of cleansing cream (size of about 1/2 of a dime) on your palm, add a few drops of water and mix into a paste in the palm of your hand. Then press the paste all over your face. Keep pressing all over for a few minutes. I like to press all over for a minute, then leave on for another 2-3 minutes as it acts like a mini-mask. |

I put a small dab in my hand and wet it with a bit of water and apply it to my face in small circular motions. Then I continue to press lightly all over my face and sometimes I leave it in for an extra 5 minutes or so for a mask effect before rinsing off. Pat dry and finish with a light toner like Dr H or Priamvera. I love this product! |

Is it meant to be used daily? |

From what I have learnt it is recommended to use 3-4 times a week. But you can use it daily as well. I know a lot of people here on the board use it daily. |

There is a thread regarding this EXACT topic in EDS, I'm sure you'll find it if you search for DHCC. But check out Clarin's website - there is a small demo under Cleansing Milk under "cleansers and exfoliators". They use the same process of pressing and lifting. |

I had ordered a DR H catalogue from their US web site. In the back of it, they recommend that oily/blemished skin use the CC twice a day and that other skin types can use it once or twice a day.

I think it is gentle enough for daily use. I'd prefer to use it twice a day (to get results quicker), but I'm too much in a rush in the am. |
