How can I make my Vit C serum be acidic so that it actually works?
cerekate's version was nice, but it was too oily and the crystals didnt really disolve. |

First, if you add the crystals to the water first they will dissolve. I have read where people also shake lightly. Then you can add the PG. If it's too oily you can add more water. You can also get those test pH strips to find out the acidity. The acidity should increase by adding more crystals. HTH |
