My Dr H experience

I just wanted to share my results from starting the Dr Hauschka line since this forum helped me discover it, but first a little skin history. My skin has been on a gradual change from combo/oily to combo/dry and my old products weren't keeping away the dry flaky skin on my cheeks or preventing clogged pores around my nose and chin. I decided to try some new things and that's when I really screwed up my complexion. I'm not sure what did it, a new cleanser, glycolic acid lotion, vitamin c, or a combination of all of the above, but my skin developed hard bumps around my eyes and on my cheeks by my mouth. I thought it was purging until they wouldn't go away and more kept developing. I stopped all the new products and went back to my old routine, but it was too late, those bumps wouldn't go away. I next tried OCM, but it seemed to make it worse.

After going from pretty good skin to terrible skin in a matter of weeks, I spent the next few months trying to find something to get back to normal. I decided to give Dr H a try after reading so many good reviews here and committed to a 2 month test to see if it could help. Well the trial period is over and I'm now a Dr H convert. Although I still have a few of those bumps, the ones left are much smaller and I feel will be gone soon. I haven't even developed a monthly hormonal pimple since starting.

I started with the cleansing cream, revitalizing mask, and rythmic night conditioner and had good initial results, so I added the cleansing milk, toner, and normalising day oil after the first month. I love all the products so much I just ordered the clay mask, rose moisturiser and quince moisturiser.

Sorry this is such a long post, but it feels good to post some good news about something finally working. Thanks to all the other reviewers who helped me discover this line.

I'm really glad that this is working for you. I am still a big fan of Dr Hauschka (minus the eye creams) - I did a DIY Dr Hauschka facial last night and my skin is looking very happy Cool
