Hi all,
I finally seem to have gotten a handle on sudden, massive case of congested pores and the ensuant nightmares--like scarring, skin sensitivity, frustration and depression--all thanks to you and your support, adivce and suggestions.
This is what I am doing now:
Cleanse with Zia marine cleanser
Stimulate my face for a minute with my sonicare toothbrush (separate head  )
steam every other day with calendula and lavender blossoms for a short while to open pores
treat every other day with Juice Beauty Sensitive Skin Apple Peel
tone with Earth Science combo skin toner
apply PSF 12% Vit. C in mornings (for discoloration)
apply PSF O2 in evenings (for the two giant active blemishes I've left)
spot treat with thin layer of neosporin cream
during day use Clarins SPF 40 Titanium Dioxide SS (Thanks Manslayerliz  )
during evenings skip moisturizer (it's very humid here)
Whew! It's a lot but I think it's working.

 It sounds like you found products that are working for you. I don't know much about several of the lines you mentioned but have always liked any PSF product I have purchased. My daughter loves the 02 for clearing up blemishes. |

I love how quickly the PSF O2 serum gets to working!!! It's sort of miraculous 
Does your daughter use it every day? Or only when she has active blemishes?

Unfortunately, my daughter tends to pull out the PSF O2 when she is breaking out. I would think by using it like a toner daily would help her from breaking out or decreasing the amount. 02 kills bacteria. IMO if you keep the bacteria from forming in your pores you will have clearer skin.  |

| That is FAB PRS. Keep up your routine, sounds like it is working and that is always wonderful news. Keep us posted on how it is working in weeks to come. I might consider your routine, if my current Loreal Acne Daily does keep things at bay, so far a couple days into it and this is probably the first time in 10 years that I have woke up two days now, no new zits. I am going to keep my fingers crossed and start working on the acne red scars now. |
