I bought a PTR oil free moisturiser on EBay the other day. I normally buy always from the same seller in the US but this time bought from a seller in the UK. It was all sealed and worked the first time and then stopped working.
I took the top off and it does have cream and I can get it out to use through the opening. The cream seems the same as usual. Was thinking of decanting but I wonder is there some magic way of getting the pump action to work, like soak in hot water or cold water or something..?1
I did email seller about this with the question last week but the seller has not responded!
That will teach me. Oh well ordered some PTR goodies from EDS the other day so hopefully will come soon  |

| I would suggest you contact PTR and ask for a replacement pump |
