This product is supposed to be a relaxer, to soften lines, a substitute botox. Cost is $29.99 at Walgreens. The lavender acrylic tub is pretty, and made me hope even more that it would do something it touted. But, alas, after 3 weeks of using it each morning, I'll be returning it. I would've waited longer, but it actually says, "see instant results in just minutes," or something like that. It is like paste that we used in elementary school, and only a tiny bit is needed. I just barely touched a Q-tip to it each morning, and then kind of rolled the paste into my "11's." Now, it is nice, I guess, if I just want a spackle type product. But, I already have so many products that can spackle. Nothing bad about this product, but it just really did not make any difference for me.

Gotta admit though....it's great they have a money back guarantee on their own products.

I always forget that. You can recoup your losses!

So much for my Chanel...haha. WOuldn't it be great if luxury lines did the same thing?

Some of them wouldn't make any money... Eh?

I've taken several Chanel items back to Nordie's. They accept them with a smile. I was a Chanel gal, almost exclusively, for several years. Where do you buy yours? I have not heard of a no-return policy.

I bought mine from Dillard's...I just assumed that once I started using it, I couldn't take it back.
The cleanser was fine, but the toner was terrible for me.
Man...I bet I could've taken it back. When I asked the SA what happens if this stuff doesn't work (my first purchase, around 200 bucks) she told me to come back and we'd rework my routine...never mentioned I could return the items.
Hmmm.

cedar - You might like to try Cellular Skin Rx's Relax-a-Line or Relax-a-Line with Vialox, also PSF's BrowTox.

I've found that all of these 3 actually work pretty well. They don't "fill in" lines like spackle, but they're great for relaxing and diminishing the appearance of forehead lines, 11's and crow's feet.

Thank you for the recs, majorb.
Paris, yes, you can return anything. You are never "stuck." I always save receipt and packaging and bag, for as long as I might need to know if I truly like the product. Nordie's is great, and I do know that Dillard's takes back items, too.

Wow...that's great to know Embarassed
I feel somewhat dumb right now.
I just assumed...well...so goes the saying. Don't ever assume.

Man.
I still have that Chanel stuff over a year later...Laughing

Maybe just take it into Dillard's and say it didn't work for you and you want to return it. I do think they'll take it back.

I tried the Walgreen's Arctic Freeze a couple of months ago--it did absolutely NOTHING for me, so I returned it for a refund. It was the first (and only) time I have ever returned a partially-used product to a store. I always felt like Buyer Beware--it was my fault for buying a bad product. I felt so guilty for returning it. But the product was a little pricey and was a total waste of money for me, so back it went. I guess I don't have to feel so guilty if other people are returning it, too. Laughing

Paris, you might try to return some of that Chanel stuff and get something else instead. You mentioned that it worked pretty badly for you so if you told the sales people that, they most likely will exchange it for something else (in another line if all else fails). I've returned stuff over a year after I bought it because it was bad for my skin or even a terrible color that they convinced me was great. It never hurts to try!
