I'm trying to cook healthier and I am also going on vacation and my goal is to wear a bikini which Ihave not done in years. I just started working out and even got a trainer for weights a few times a week.
I am to lay off anthing that does not grow. It has to be an animal, veggie or grain. No breads or pastas or anything made by man.
I can have rice so any rice recipes would be very helpful. Any recipes with very lean meats as well.
Thanks |

Take a look at the Rice Diet. It is basically all the foods you mentioned, and there are a lot of recipes on the forum |

*Carrot Juice (or any fresh veg)
*Salad with some omega3&6 oil (i use udo oil). It tastes so yummy. I usually have grated carrot, capsicum, cucumber, tomato and a range of greens.
*Grilled fish with steamed vegies
*Wonton soup with choy (but you can't have pastry)
*Baked vegies (carrot, pumpkin and potatoes) are so yummy with finely chopped garlic sprinkled on top.
*Stir fried vegies (brocolli, carrot, zucchini, red capsicum, onion, whatever you can find in the fridge). At salt and or sugar to taste.
For snacks
Carrot and celery sticks
Raw almonds (almonds are a really healthy nut)
