Okay - some of you may have read my raves on the Remede 3 minute peel I recently bought and have been using. I stand by everything I said - the wrinkles are MUCH less noticeable and my skin is definitely smoother and not as dull. However, I have had 3 HUGE zits. - The kind you can feel coming 2 days ahead of time before you even see anything! I am not nor have I ever been prone to acne - not even as a teen.
I'm wondering if it's because the peel unclogged some really deep pores and that is the cause. Now that I have used the peel a few times, I don't seem to be getting any new ones - which is fine with me because the last of the 3 I got is a monster and hasn't even reached it's full "potential" - shall we say for lack of a better word!!! Any opinions or similar experiences? |

Hi Niccollee
Sometimes when I start using deep cleansing masks or treatments I find that at the beginning that they actually break me out (not always). I think it's basically because it's bringing "evil" stuff up to the surface of the skin. Or at least that's my logic behind it.
Whenever I get one of those aforementioned "monsters" I tend to reach for a product with a glycolic/salicylic acid combo. MD Formulation Clearing Complex is great, and so are a few of the other products with that combo.
