Hello
I read in old posts about Iodine (Betadine -Provodone iodine) helping clear blackheads... I've never tried this, but I often spot treat healing zits (those I popped) with Iodine (same Iodine for wounds). Do you know if Iodine is ok to use with topical Vitamin C? (Like Cu and Vitamin C cannot be used at the same time). I just wanted to check with you guys I like how Iodine makes wounds/zits heal faster. TIA |

I have no idea but I'm guessing that you would only spot treat with the iodine and use the vit C over the whole face, so even in the probably unlikely event that one renders the other ineffective, it's only partially so
Thanks for the tip about iodine! I have a massive pimple forming on my forehead - I'm going to go dig in the medicine drawer to see if I have any iodine... |

Thanks Mabsy I read somewhere that Iodine is "non metallic" (regardless of its rusty color) So I guess it's ok |
