Okay for some reason I find this in asian women more often, so if you are and have experienced this please chime in.
On my upper arms on the back,(around the tricep area) I have like dark little circles, almost like clogged pores. I can't seem to get the skin smooth nor even out the the texture nor color around there.
From what I've read somewhere it may be condition, but don't recall.
Any advice ladies?  |
