I can't believe it. I thought I would love everything from PSF, but this green tea cleanser reminds me of something cheap and nasty from Boots and before I started frequenting the forums I had a hundred bottles of cleansers like this that I'd only used once!.
It smells like something chemical and it leaves a laminated, residuey feeling especially where I want it least like on my nose and my undereyes. I had to use my Cellcosmet sample to get it off.
Whyever did I abandon JB's cleanser - it suited me just fine. I must be stupid |

Really? I'm so sorry to hear that! I really like that cleanser and I don't recall noticing the smell. I know how you feel though, I hate being disappointed with a product. You've spent money on it, you just found out you don't like it, but you don't want to throw it away
Don't worry though - why not swap it on MUA or see if you can swap it here?
Is the JB cleanser you're using a Janson Beckett one or Juice Beauty (sorry, we seem to have the same acronyms for these here now and it always confuses me)? |

Hi Mabsy, that was the JansonBeckety JB. Been using it for about 2 years now; nice smell, nice sensation, nice after feel - aiya
...but I'm looking at my new cleanser and thinking the bottle looks very dark green at the bottom and much whiter at the top, maybe something happened to it in transit - it's hot here. I'm shaking it, but there's no room for it to mix. Maybe I'll chuck a bit away and try shaking some more.
I mean, it's only had good reviews, that's why I find it hard to believe. |

My sample wasn't anything like that, Molly. It does indeed sound as though something's gone wrong with it. |

Good point - perhaps something did happen in transit or due to temperatures? But mine withstands Australian temperatures though... Email Darren at PSF and see what he says, he's always helpful |

If you can't, then I'd definitely follow Mabsy's suggestion and contact Darren or the rest of the PSF team. They're ever so helpful and I'm sure they'd do their best to sort out your problem and maybe replace it for you. |
