I'm looking for Vit C serum, now does it matter what brand? Would this be pure vitamin C and is there a difference between serum and cream? |

From what I've learned from various threads, different brands and diff concentrations have diff textures, some more sticky than others. There is also differences between diff Vit Cs as some have additional ingredients such as Vit E, Ferulic Acid, etc etc. Perhaps try to do a search on EDS as there are so many diff types and I'm no expert either. I believe the general diff between serums and creams would be how concentrated the Vit C is - I think serums would be more effective and provide faster results. Some ppl like to use Vit C powders to mix with their usual moisturizers - Philosophy has one.

instead of buying vit C, i put squeezed lemon juice (diluted with water) on spots and add some squeezed lemon juice to my morning honey water, so i can get vit C internall and topically lemon is great because it has so much vit C! it can also act as a great toner! |
