I was wondering... I know cardio is great for your heart, and losing fat, but what can it do in assistance to your skin, the biggest organ we have? I am particularly talking about the acne that I usually get. Can it help reduce my mild acne, and if so, how? ... by sweating to clean out pores, or by producing less oil (perhaps?). If it's sweating, wouldn't a sauna be of the same purpose? Just curious Thanks. |

cardio is great for acne! yes, you can sweat out the toxins to clear your pores in a sauna. the sauna won't help circulation, though, or improve the amount of oxygen intake. i think all of these things along with sweating really help clear you up. my skin was at it's very best when i was "spinning" at least four times a week and i get cystic acne.... afraid the shortcut to the sauna just won't be enough. besides, isn't it better getting a healthier body to go along with your new glowing complexion? |

Very true! Can you tell me some things that you saw in terms of effects, after going to spinning classes? I would really love to know . |
