is this acne, or irritation/inflammation?? whenever i get acne or break out its usually along the t-zone.. forehead or chin, i almost never get breakouts on my cheeks.
so if those red bumps are irritation/inflamation how do you get rid of it? do you do the same steps as you would to get rid of acne or do i have to do soemthing else to it?? ahhhhhhh so fustrating. |

If these bumps are acne then I would treat them exactly as facial acne. Clean my face very well use BHA and do a very gentle peel regularly. I would also recommend that you try tea tree oil or eucalyptus oil mixed with aloe vera gel.
If what you got is irritation or inflammation maybe you should change your cream, or cleanser or toner or whatever you use on your face. And I would recommend that you start with aloe vera gel twice daily and maybe check with a doc.
Do you get these bumps in summer or all the time? It could be clogged pore. |

They most likely resulted from irritation/inflammation. I've had that happen to me a few times. Have you changed anything in your routine recently? Are you using any new skincare products or makeup products (particularly blush) recently (even samples)? If so, that may be the culprit. |
