I have been told to avoid seafood as it contains iodine that will stimulate more acne flare-ups. Is it true? I don't know because I love my seafood too much to give it up. I have already given up on chocolate and dairy products. I think that's as far as I want to go. |

I have had the most excellent results with Braggs ACV toner, my skin has never been this clear and pretty. I have been doing it for about 2 weeks now and have never seen such dramatic, fast results, 1/2 ACV and 1/2 distilled water twice a day. I havent gotten all fancy and added anything else to it, but I should for the smell, seeing as my SO always asks if Im making fish n' chips when I use it.
But you cant beat the price and I think its worth a try, at this point I could care less how it smells as long as it works! |

I've been told that increasing your intake of B vitamines and vitamin A helps with your complexion. |
