This looks very enticing. I'm definitely heading out to MAC tomorrow to check it out: it's MAC's first lip plumper, Plushglass. http://www.maccosmetics.com/templates/collections/collection.tmpl?CATEGORY_ID=CATEGORY16886

This is what Beauty Addict Blog has to say about it:
"The brand's first pout plumper to date, the formula goes on smooth, boasts a sweet vanilla scent, and imparts an ever-so-subtle, temporary tingle (it's a far cry from the burning sensation of most lip volumizers). For this reason, Plushglass will be especially appealing to those seeking a little pain-free fullness. Over time, the product (which contains vanillyl butyl ether, lemon oil, and soybean and licorice extracts) is designed to enhance the condition of lips, meaning that the more you swipe on the sponge-tip gloss, the smoother your pout will feel. And then, of course, there are the colors--12 sheer and shimmery shades that range from the pearly Cushy White to the rich wine Oversexed (my favorites are the silvery pink Full for You and the bronzy Wet, Wild Wonderful). Hues like Pretty Plush, Bountiful, and Big Kiss all deliver a glistening finish, while others like Fulfilled, Wildly Lush, and Ample Pink offer a creamier take on the Plushglass trend."

Definitely on my must-try list!

I want to try this!!!! I really like MAC glosses for some reason - even though I have never actually finished one off I just have this weak spot for them. Also, I love tingly stuff - so this sounds perfect Smile

I bet you we won't get these in Australia till 2007 though Rolling Eyes

Please post back once you try them!

Actually, when it comes to MAC, usually Australia isn't too far behind. Usually 3 weeks or so.

I've tried to find the Australian release date for you, but my brain is a bit fried at the moment. Will get back to you when I can find it.

Really? I guess I'm just so used to us getting so many things late (or never) that I assumed MAC would be same (that seemed to have been the case with the Moisturecover concealer I got in the US).

Would love to know the date if you can find it - TIA Smile I've searched but can't find anything.

I did it. i went out to MAC to try it out, and ended up buying Ample Pink. MAC describes it as a "full, soft, rose" and it's precisely that. It's a gorgeous sheer rosy pink, looks great on its own or on top of a lipstick. a typical MLBB shade. ok as for its plumping effects: my lips tingle for a good few minutes, it's like rubbing menthol on your lips. It tingles but not uncomfortably so. To me, the plumping effect is quite subtle because i already have thick lips to start with, but even if it plumps or not, i will still buy it for the gorgeous wearable shades and delicious scent.

hehe...of course i got to try them this morning! today was the release date Smile they are very pretty colors and are definitely not as tingly as some other lip plumpers - a lot more comfortable feeling in fact. very similar look to lipglass but seemed less opaque and more sheer. seemed to plump fine just like the other plumpers i have tried but i will have to try them few times to really know Smile

tried these today! gorgeous colours as always from MAC...I LOVE the lipglasses so I have high expectations for the plushglass Think Felt a very oh-so-slight reaction but nothing much. Got it in 'fulfilled' Lips are slightly more pouty, but don't know if it's worth it yet. We'll see tomorrow Smile

Lemming alert! Laughing Would "Big Kiss" be closest to something like Viva Glam V, Nymphette or Ghettoflower? These are the ones I tend to reach for most often I guess.

Grace_K - I'll head over to MAC on the weekend here and ask them when we get it. I'll let you know because *surely* France will get it before we do Rolling Eyes Laughing
