Of those who have used both, which do you prefer and continue to use? I am almost through a second sample tube of Dr. H, but have ingredients on hand to make Carekate's version. Have you found the homemade version to be as effective as Dr. H's cleansing cream? Tia!

I just looooove my homemade version!  I can make it however I want to (depending on my skin's needs at the time) and it's tons cheaper! I also use it for my underarms (I put neem in it and it helps prevent breakouts), my arms, my upper back, my chest and my bum. It's been wonderful! I suppose if I was independently wealthy, I would buy tons of tubes of the real stuff but, then again, I find it stings more than my DIY version, so maybe not. Thanks, Carrie for your recipe!! |
