| yikes, be carefull with those type of product. The best weight loss is natual weight loss, fill up on veggies, drink water and walk/excercise. Sometimes as a supplement I take papaya and garlic pills in high strength, this promotes weight loss for some reason. |

I eat very healthy and exercise, but I just cant loose weight, I will go today and get some green tea and java tea to see if it will help.
Greece is so hot these past few days! Wish I had time for the beach.

Weird..haven't heard aything about papaya pills, thought this was primarly for indigestion and garlic pills, interesting. I may look into papaya pills though. |
