Hi All,
My skin is somewhat oily. I just noticed the other day
that it is dull, and in need of some "boost".
This is what I am using:
Cleanser
ACV toner
Dermalogica Microfoliant
Mandelic Acid
Vitamin C (10%)
Most of the time, I don't use moisturizer, just Avene sublock.
I'd appreicate any suggestion.

Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel really helps brighten up your skin.
Maybe trying a new Vitamin C serum might help, or using one with a higher concentration. |

Hi Quacko!
To me dull skin means dead skin surface cells and dryness.
It already sounds like you are using some strong exfoliation products so I would suggest that you try a gentle exfolation product that hydrates as it exfoliates and gives a noticable glow, immediately, Ice Elements 2 minute miracle exfoliation gel. I would also suggest using a moisturizer at night. If you prefer a super light moisturizer, Ice Elements normal to oily moisturizer is very light and concentrated so a pea sized amount should cover your entire face. It is not heavy at all and does not clog the skin. While I personally use their normal to dry moisturizer which I do not find heavy, my son has acne and uses the normal to oily during the day only and it is the only moisturizer that has not caused him to have more breakouts. (Ice Elements is actually clearing up his skin, I reviewed this is the other section of the board.)

You really should give microdermabrasion a shot if you haven't already. I liked epidermx but having to order it online and wait for it to arrive 2 weeks later as well as the hefty s&h charges just wasn't worth it for me so I happily jumped ship and swtiched over to Olay's microderm kit which is more affordable to me and works just as well. My skin literally glows the day after I used it. Too glowy for my liking actually. My colleague calls me *chrome* face all the time. Not always a good thing, this glowy skin.  |

| I also think microdermabrasion makes a huge difference. I'm using and loving Dr Brandt's microdermabrasion in a jar. |
