| Does anyone know any laser treatments which i can undergo to get rid of my extremely open pores and depressed scars/ pits from my acne?? I have lived with them and be embarrassed about them for so long...i am sooo ready to get rid of them now!! I have had enough! Please anyone help? |

Where do you live, cc428? I have tried the laser treatment in Hong Kong two years ago. I received 4 treatments and each costed me about $250CAD. I heard that some of the dermatologist charged a lot more than that.
I got satisfactory result. My pore size were reduced and my freckles were 95% gone. However, the pores are back to their original size after one year and the freckles are also coming back but they were far less noticable than before. |

Thanks for your reply Ocha, im actually from HK but i live in australia now. Which laser treatment did you do?? Is it IPL? Id do anyhthing to shrink my pore size!! |

 I know I know, the scars and the enlarged pores are very annoying! I also come from HK and now in Canada. I'm going back this winter and plan to have the laser treatment again. I don't know if it is IPL or something else. If you want to know the detail about the laser treatment and the name of the dermatologist, please feel free to pm me  Hope you know how to read Chinese and I could tell you more about it. |

| I'm not sure about laser for enlarged pores, I'm not sure anything can completely diminish them forever. If you have depressed acne scars then maybe you should look into something like dermal fillers to plump up the scar so it would be the same height as the rest of your skin on your face. Depending on how bad they are. |
