I'm having my brows done this Saturday at MAC (Sydney) and the cost is redeemable on products.
I'm leaning towards the Sheer Blush Springsheen.
Any other suggestion would be very welcome. |

plushglass!
I MAC brushes, especially now that they've come out with 182 - great for all powders and even mmu! |

Is that the *skunk* brush, Sormuimui? |

The Skunk brush is the #187 - I have that one - it is excellent for blushes and bronzers that are heavily pigmented.
I like the sound of the plushglass.
I don't have any MAC lip products.
I love my #192 brush - perfect for cream blush blending. My Stila Lillium melts into my skin with this brush.
I also love MAC brow gel - much better than Stila which left white flakes on my brows.
keep 'em comin' please.

My pleasure!
I like their Moisturewear concealer. Their eyeliners are very good, as is their blush. I have a number of their lipglosses (very good) and I cannot wait to get my hands on Plushglasses (though these are not out in Aus just yet).
I also have the #192 brush - excellent for cream blushes!
Btw, how much is the brow shaping at MAC, or, in other words, how much do you get to redeem? |

Hi Mabsy - $45. Martha was trained by Bobbi Brown and she is excellent.
I don't know where you're from in Aus but in Sydney there is always hot debate about Nathan, Martha and Carmen (she gets less favcourable reviews).
I will definately look at their moisture wear concealer.
I had all but given up on concealers as they all creased on me. I have tried MAC (a different one), lancome - this one was the best, Chanel, Dior and laura Mercier - I even bought the special brush that went with their concealer for $45 (yes, I fell for that trick ). |

Emma - sorry, it might be Moisturecover, either way you'll find it It is very good and doesn't crease on me at all. I use it under the eyes mostly.
I'm actually from Brisbane but when I'm in Syd next I'll make sure I make a booking. I'll have to check out the Vogue forums to see who is the best at the Brissy Myer.
Thanks! |

She is excellent - probably book a few weeks in advance to be safe.

182 = buffer brush. It's essentially a kabuki, they came out with it LE with their Catherine Deneuve line but have now added it permanently. |

I love MAC blushes, the Sheertone formula's are so easy to use....I could spend a fortune at MAC |

Yeah MAC's brushes are a good investment. You can't go wrong with their eyeshadows to complement your new brows. |

I think Mac makes the best eyeliner ever. Their new Liquid Last will stay put and vibrant all day. It's f-ing hard to get off though! They'll try to sell you their "special" make up remover, but you can anything with oil; Jojoba oil works the best for me. |

I just bought the Blushcreme-I've never used MAC before & the colour is amazing but it's really difficult to put on, I feel like I'm putting very sticky lipstick on my cheeks. Any suggestions? Reccomendations? I'm like a messy little kid playing w/ my Mom's makeup |

you only need a teeny tiny dab of blushcreme up the cheek bones. i usually get my customers to smile so i can see the apples of the cheeks and dab a very tiny amount (usually 3 small dots) along the cheekbones starting on the apples. start with a little and you can always add more if you need to. I work for M.A.C. so if anyone has any questions you are welcome to ask me. |

MAC's powerpoint eyeliner in buried treasure is so awesome. you should check it out, the color is unbelievable. it looks blackish/goldish/bronzish. some people even say there's a little green. it's a nice alternative to black or brown. and it's soft too! |

Mabsy - you need to check out the blush if you like that lipglass. On MUA one of the girls said it's a perfect match.

Hi Emma,
I just picked up a Mineralized Skinfinish today. I had to go to a couple Mac counters in Nordstroms Dept store to find it as they are mostly sold out! I got it in porcelain pink and can't wait to try it! What color did you end up with? |
