I went to Sephora last week and I meant to pick up the JB GA peel but I grabed the Nutrient Mask by accident. I'm trying to decide if I should keep it and get the peel too or if I should exchange it.
I have oily acne prone skin. I switched to DrH and BE a few months ago and my skin has improved greatly. I was getting nothing but cystic but now I'm getting white heads that come to a head in only a day or two. I was also going to pick up DrH's Clay mask. But right now, I'm not using any masks or peels etc. My main concern is controlling breakouts and healing the scars they leave. Is the Nutrient mask something that may be good for me? Or should I stick to the GA peel and clay mask? Thanks! |

I haven't tried the mask but definitely get the peel. You can always get samples of what you want to try from Sephora.  |

| Sephora has a really lenient return policy so why not try the Nutrient Mask and then let us know how you like it? I know a lot of people here would be curious to see what you think about it--- I've been eyeing it myself as the ingredients look very healing. But as Yen said, I would DEFINITELY recommend trying the Green Apple Peel--- that plus the Green Apple Cleanser are the best combination for getting rid of those pesky scars that I've found. |

| Neutrogena Acne Scar Diminishing mask helps me with the white heads. It has salyic acid in it. I use it in combination with the Green Apple Peel, and it has helped with the scars too. |

Thanks everyone for the ideas! I ended up keeping the nutrient mask and getting the GA peel as well. I tried the nutrient mask and it was nice but I only used it once. After a couple more times I'll do a review. It seems mainly to be a moisturizing mask which I don't really need but I also thought it might help my skin heal. I was really surpised that I couldn't find anything posted about this mask. I thought surely someone's tried it!

Is there some code word or secret handshake for getting samples at Sephora? I've never been able to get any samples even when I ask. At least they accept returns  |

| My Sephora you have to tell the salesperson you want a sample. I always tell them I'm allergic to alot of ingredients, and want to test it first. |

| Definately go for the Dr. H clay mask. It draws out impurities and did wonders for my breakouts. You can also use any of the peels mentioned. |

Just say that you've got sensitive skin or acne-prone skin and you want to make sure that you don't have an adverse reaction to the product. That works everytime.  |

I do exactly that but it never works for me. They always remind me of their return policy if I don't like it. I think it's the Sephora I go to. I live in Las Vegas and we have two on the Strip. One is small and doesn't have a lot of the products I use and am interested in so I haven't been there much. I go to the big one. Many times with stores and resturants on the Strip they don't give you the customer service you'd expect. They're not trying to win repeat customers because most of the customers are tourists. Why give samples so you can then go home and buy from a differnt Sephora? Oh well, that's my theory since everyone else can get samples from their stores.  |

Really? That must suck. You figure it's better for their business to give out samples than to have full sized products used and returned to them.
Although, I must admit that they are really good with the refunds. I bought the Cellex-C Skin Perfecting Pen, tried and returned it with no hassle. |
