Hello,
I just wondered everyone would list as their skin care commandments? If you have to write a set of rules which would ensure your daughter to grow up with the best skin possible or to give all women the best chance of beautiful skin what would you include?
Drink 10 glasses of water each day?
Always wear spf 40+?
Get 8 hours sleep each night?
Eat 7 servings of fresh fruit and veg?etc, etc.
Which are myths and which really work, what is the bare minimum we should be doing to preseve our skin.
I just thought it would be cool to put together a list of everyones top tips.
I guess mine would be never squeeze spots and blackheads. |

keep it up! It does work but you have to remember to eat very small portions and always be active. It is a major change in your lifestyle. |

Lot's of interesting responses and it seems that for the most part the advice is that one should be gentle with the skin and do what one can to stay fit and healthy which makes sence as the skin does reflect the health of the body as a whole.
It does make me think that people shouldn't just concentrate on the exterior (as I often do)but try to be as fit and healthy as they can in all ways.
Thank you all for responding. |
