I'm trying to find a decent oil-free tinted moisturiser with SPF protection. I'm quite pale & I find most of them look too dark for me. I've tried Dermalogica's one in "light" & I still find it too dark & oily for my skin for some reason. The other one I've is tried is Covergirl & I was suprised at how good it was, but the shades weren't so good.
Does anyone have a good recommendation?

Hi Safire,
I haven't tried any myself, but i hear raves here for Juice Beauty's tinted spf 30 moisturizer. SPF 30 is a decent strength and JB seems to be quite popular here, i am sure there's a review here somewhere. HTH |

Thanks skincareaddicted I have heard good things about the JB one, but I still think it might be a bit too dark for me...& we don't have JB in Australia so I can't go test it in-store at all |

Dr Hauschka do a translucent Bronze Concentrate, the idea is that you mix what you need into your every day moisturiser.
It looks extremely dark in the bottle but you can create a lovely light tint by mixing such a small amount and if you tan you can add a little more.
There is no SPF but you could always mix with an oil free moisturier that contains SPF. |

It's not dark at all. I am extremely pale and I use this sometimes. It does look quite dark in the description though I admit. I have switched to Sofina Sunscreen now, because it ends up completely matte and has a higher SPF. But JB is my 2nd choice. |

I've heard good stuff about the Laura Mercier one too. I use Bobbi Brown during the summer. It's ok but not very moisturizing. |

Another vote for Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturiser. It is not oily at all and looks natural. They have I think 5 shades. I use 'Nude'. |
