In response to the advice I recived earlier I am considering using an at home peel along with copper peptide to improve the texture of my skin as I explained before my skin is quite bumpy and has open pores and sone dented scaring from acne in the past.
Which peel would be best TCA or gycolic and what strenght would be best to see results?
My skin is very fair as I am am scottish and another concern I wondered if the peels could help with were fine lines under my eyes? could I use a gentle peel on this area and then use copper peptides to help rejuvinate the area after?
I had also thought of going to a salon for for this sort of treatment but it looks quite expensive. I have a mole I would like removed so I may go to a proffessional with that.
Also as I am in the uk does anyone know of any where I can buy home peels and copper peptides in the uk and if I can't I am thinking of ordering them from platinum skincare would I have to pay alot of custums tax?
many thanks again for your help.

Hi Willowsnow.
You can read about the peels on the Platinum Skincare website. They describe each one and what purpose they serve.
TCA peels do help with fine lines and the lines under the eyes. I wrote about it on a thread here called, "Botox under the eyes" or similar. Another person asked about getting Botox there and from my experience with both TCA as well as Botox under the eyes I think that TCA works better. You can do a search up top and hopefully find this thread. It wasn't that long ago that I wrote it.
To answer your customs question. I've ordered from PSC 4 times now and not once have I had to pay customs here in Sweden and if ever there was a country that would demand a customs fee it is here! They ALWAYS want tax money here but for some reason I haven't had to pay it from PSC. I think they mark the form "gift" though I've never asked them to. I'm certainly not complaining though.
You could contact PSC and ask them what they write on the customs statements to be sure first. |
