Hi! I am new here and just wanted to introduce myself. I found this forum and cannot believe the wealth of information and the great lines that EDS carries ~ great one stop shopping! I use PSF skincare and can't believe it's sold here ~ so cool! I am also starting to try mineral makeup and found the posts interesting about BE making some people itchy. I am having that problem and thought I was "nuts!" I mean, isn't that the purpose of MMU, that it's not supposed to irritate you! Think I'll look for a brand without this "bismuth" y'all mentioned!
Was also wondering if anyone tell me what is a good product for lightening sun spots? I have a few on my face that are very upsetting to me, especially the one that's on my cheek, it's the most noticeable and doesn't cover up well, but have heard mixed reviews on these types of products.
Thanks!
Heather |

Hi Heather. Fotofacials are really good for dark spots & freckling. I also like the Glyquin which is on special here at EDS right now. I'm a recent convert to IS Clinical from this forum & believe it's helping too. This forum is great & so informative!! Coleen |

Welcome. The DDF 12.5% glycolic lotion sold here at EDS works well for me in fading sunspots and it is not expensive (compare ingredients). |

Welcome and enjoy. As previously stated, photofacials are great for lightening spots, as is IS Clinical Active. I've tried several mmu's and most of them made me itch. True pressed foundation does not, but I'm not in love with the coverage, shows creases and such. Amazing MMU was horrible for me, along with Everyday Minerals in every coverage but the intensive (matte, semi). Now I use EVMMU in the intensive and love it, no itch. Go figure? |

Thanks everyone and for all the great suggestions! Right now I'm having fun trying several different MMU's let me know if you have tried these:
BE - first of course but couldn't use - itchy itchy itchy!!!
Pure Luxe- alot of people seem to like it but so far I don't care for it as it's bit chalky and shows my pores but at least it doesn't itch so that's a plus
UGloGirl - just got this one and liking it so far, nice match and coverage is natural, no itch either. also like their concealer.
Everyday Minerals - not bad but definately not great, and couldn't find a match so it's out for sure
Annie, what is the EVMMU? Don't know what that is? Looked into the Amazing company you mentioned but wasn't real impressed.
Thank-God for samples, huh!
Oh, about the two brands you mentioned for the spots, will either cause hyperpigmentation? I've been reading about it online and def. don't want that to happe! Unfortunately when it comes to skincare I'm still a bit of a novice. That's why I need this forum!
Thanks for all your help and for the great welcome!!!
