What's the best way to achieve this w/o makeup of any sort. I thought of maybe a tinted moisturizer. Just don't want it to look at all like makeup and just want a little bit of color. Any ideas?

If it's glow you're after take a look at the Ystheal/Diacneal thread above. It's really stopped my urge to tan.

But it actually makes fairer skin seem darker? What do you mean by "glow"?

I don't mean darker, but strong glow - I posted an answer to you in the Ystheal thread.

You could get a fake tan. There's one which all the pale-skinned people were swearing by last year, but I've forgotten the name - Jergens maybe.

Mine was a slightly alternative suggestion. I was feeling palid what with using SS and exfoliants regularly, but the Ystheal stops me looking that way.

Vit C also gives the face a glow but not a tan.

Clarins Liquid Bronze is fantastic for giving a really natural, light tan to pale skin. You can build up the colour if you like. It's an extremely easy to use fake tan that lasts for a few days and is pretty fool-proof.

For tinted moisturisers, I swear by Laura Mercier's Oil-Free in Nude. It evens out skin tone, but is very light and looks as though you're not wearing any make-up at all.

Dr Hauschka has a liquid bronzer that you can apply by itself or mix with your fave moisturiser to turn it into a tinted one Wink
