Highlight or no highlight, I think this is very good for the hair.

Once a week, I oil my hair with olive oil. I warm a bit and then apply it to my scalp with a cotton pad. Leave it on for atleast an hour, preferably couple of hours. Then shampoo it off.

Olive oil is very good for hair, skin. In winters, you can use it to massage your body before taking a shower.

I use REN shampoo and conditioner for my hair.

REN is a UK product...could not see it in the EDS range. They have a website too...you could see if you get more information about the outlets?
