The hot pink/black looks more striking/pulled together than the lavender version. If you're looking for feminine then I'd say the lavender wins in that area. |

Pink and black definitely. Very arresting visual and graphically effective. I also think its more feminine in a hot chick kinda way...
I found the other hard to distinguish and I have a professional wide screen ViewSonic monitor (bf is a graphics design artist). |

I agree, pink/black is much more striking and will catch ppl's attention much more so than the lavendar. However the lavendar/gold is much more classy. But for college girls, most would probably prefer pink/black better as it seems much more "trendy". |

Definitely the pink and black. It is more striking. I don't think the gold(?) colour will show up very well. |

I prefer the slightly simpler, bolder design of the hot pink. It looks really striking. |

Personally I prefer lavender and gold (as colours go), but the hot pink and black is much more striking and grabs your attention. |
